A family business of longevity, the fifth generation of Chef Clement Maggia’s family is hard at work in the bakery today. This is the backbone of our story.

One family has stewarded the business from its humble beginning in the Northwest area of downtown Washington, DC, to its current manufacturing facility in Hyattsville, Maryland. We have expanded from serving our loyal foot traffic customers from generations ago to servicing our loyal wholesale customers across the Mid-Atlantic region, select Private Label customers and nationwide partners .
