Clement’s Pastry Shop takes pride in being a family run small business. The current Vice Presidents of Clement’s Pastry Shop, Richard, Matthew and John, represent the fourth generation of family ownership. All three brothers grew up in the bakery and spent summers packing boxes, icing cakes, and making deliveries. By the mid 1980’s Richard, Matthew and John all entered into the business in full time capacities.


30 years later, Richard, Matthew and John have helped grow Clement’s Pastry Shop into the regional bakery that it is today. All three brothers are still highly involved with the day to day bakery operations including production, sales and distribution.
