On Tuesday, February 28th, Mardi Gras will be celebrated all over, and Clement’s Pastry Shop wants to help in your ‘Fat Tuesday’ festivities.
We will have our King Cakes in 2 different sizes, a 10″ to share and a 3″ personal individual King Cake. In addition to these classic Mardi Gras desserts, we will also offer festive Mardi Gras cupcakes with the traditional purple, yellow, and green sprinkles.

We are less than 30 days away from the most romantic day of the year, Valentine’s Day. This year, Clement’s Pastry Shop is excited to introduce our dessert loving friends to 2 new desserts that can help light the Valentine’s Day spark on any table.
Our first new product for February is a play on an old classic, Chocolate & Strawberries, with our Valentine Chocolate Charlotte Strawberry Heart. This petite individual dessert strikes a beautiful harmony of a fruit forward dessert set upon a delectable base of rich dark chocolate. This gorgeous dessert has been cut on our precision water jet machine to be presented to you in a perfect heart shape for Valentine’s Day.
The Next dessert we are excited to launch on our Valentine’s Day menu is the next creation in our line of ‘Seasonal’ Premiere Cheesecakes, our Premiere Black Forest Cheesecake. This 10″ cheesecake has it all. A layer of decadent Devil’s Food cake, velvety smooth Cheesecake batter, liqueur soaked cherries, cherry preserves, fresh whipped cream, and a dusting of dark chocolate shavings. This cake will light up any Valentine’s table, or perhaps can feature on any upcoming Cherry Blossom Festival (starts March 16th) themed menu you may have.
